    • Admin Jennie Lee-Pace

This particular course covers only the DOT regulations for alcohol testing (49CFR Part 40). Typically, it will take a student 2.5 – 3.0 hours to complete this part of training. A student taking this course will receive a certificate that states that they are proficient in 49 CFR Part 40 Regulations only. To receive a full BAT certificate, a student will need to take Regulations training and then training on the breathalyzer device they will be using to administer tests. It is during the instrumetn training that a student will also be required to complete 7 mock alcohol tests.

  2. Question

    Sam Edward Roberts

We will not be using a breathalyzer, but rather, strips. How do I find the course on your website, for just using strips?
